Through our Learning Engagement Center (LEC), you’ll have one-on-one support every step of the way – from your first inquiry about WVU, to registering for your first class, and throughout your journey until the day you graduate.

Online Admissions Coaches

Our team of online admission coaches, Jessica Carr, Kelly Legg, and Gary Phillips, led by Jennifer Pruzinsky are here to help you throughout the enrollment process. They will direct you to resources and ​periodically check in with you to see how your classes are going.

They will answer all your questions and you will feel like you are right here on campus with us. After all, you are part of our WVU family, no matter where you may be located.

Feel free to meet with our coaches through Zoom, phone, email, and text messaging, from wherever you are and during times and days that work best for you.

Academic Advisors

Once you become a WVU Online student, you will be able to contact your academic advisor with any questions that you have during the time that you are earning your degree. These individuals know the specifics of your program and can help you decide which courses are right for you and your needs. With the help of your academic advisor, graduation is just within reach.
