Lila Caldwell
Lila Caldwell serves as the Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist for the College of Creative Arts and Media. She supports prospective students through the enrollment process, helping them connect with programs aligned with their academic and career goals.
Caldwell has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, sales, and marketing. She most recently worked with Alleghany Region 5 Adult Education, where she supported student enrollment, workforce training programs, and college partnerships with Virginia Western Community College.
Prior to her work in education, Caldwell held sales and marketing roles in the outdoor industry, managing national accounts and leading digital strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
She holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including whitewater kayaking, skiing and trail running.
