Our team, led by Assistant Director Amber Novotny, and Online Admissions Coaches Kelly Legg, Gary Phillips, and Ian Hippensteele are here to help you throughout the enrollment process, to direct you to resources, and even check in with you to see how your classes are going.

WVU Online’s admissions coaches work with you as you are researching WVU’s online programs and after you have been admitted to ensure that you have all the resources you need to have a successful academic experience.

Susan provides leadership in establishing and directing the College’s multiple efforts in the areas of Institutional Research and peer bench marking, data collection, report generation and dissemination, coordinates special projects within the college and serves as an academic adviser for all levels of undergraduate students.
