instructors, staff, and grad students can claim their professional membership free
of charge.

How to Claim Your Membership
- Begin by following this link to the NCFDD website: National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity
- Scroll down to the section that is labeled, “Activate Your Institutional Membership Account” and select “West Virginia University” then click “Continue”
- Once you are redirected, click “Activate My Membership”
- Proceed to fill in the prompted information and then click “Continue.” You will do this twice until prompted with a screen to review the typed information
- You will then receive a prompt notifying you of your completed registration with the caveat of completing the verification process. Look for an email from “Membership@ncfdd.org” and then hit the “Activate Account” link
- You have now completed your registration and have access to this membership’s benefits
