Kelly Blake-Idleman is currently studying for an online degree in General Business.
She was raised in the small town of Cumberland, Md., and graduated from Fort Hill High School in 2004. She moved to Mount Storm, W.Va., to be closer to her job five years ago and graduated from Potomac State College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2020. She has been employed with Dominion Energy for the last four years as a Process Assistant, where her duties include timekeeping, grievances, and general HR duties. She says she found her niche in human resources, and she knew that she wanted to continue and get her bachelor's degree. She would eventually like to apply for other positions within the company in the field of human resources. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors.
