- Leads operational strategy and daily execution to align WVU Online’s programs and services with long-term growth goals.

About Whitney
Whitney brings experience in operations, tech adoption, and change management,
with a background that includes both public interest and private sector roles.
Prior to joining WVU, she led operational initiatives at a legal technology company,
where she managed cross-functional process improvements, developed onboarding
infrastructure, and supported the integration of new systems and tools. Earlier
in her career, she served as a legal aid attorney and unit head at South Carolina
Legal Services, where she helped standardize service delivery processes across
multiple counties and led statewide technology adoption efforts.
She holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Salem College. Her training includes a one-year Change Management program through the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, with additional certifications in strategic operations, communication, and SaaS tools.
