Complaint Resolution
As a student, you may encounter an issue with an online course that you don't know how to resolve. When this occurs, you should contact the instructor first for resolution.

We encourage you to review the appropriate guidelines for each campus of the University:
- West Virginia University: Academic Rights, Penalties, and Appeals

Only students enrolled in an online program or course should complete this form. If you are not enrolled in an online program, please visit The Office of the Provost Student Questions and Complaints page.
