Program Recruiters (2 positions)
The West Virginia University Office of Extended Learning/WVU Online is hiring two new recruiter positions. The Program Recruiter position offers an excellent opportunity for those with previous experience to streamline the communication process and help solidify the overall recruitment activities for online and off-campus programs within the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences and for the Department of Special Education in the College of Human Resources and Education.
Initially reporting to the Recruitment Coordinator for WVU Online, the Program Recruiters will be located in the Colleges and involved in the development and implementation of various recruitment strategies and activities to attract graduate students. The position will develop communication plans, conduct market analysis, and demonstrate exceptional customer service to online/off-campus audiences. The positions will be expected to travel to regional recruiting events, which often include overnight trips.

Applicants should have a Master's degree and at least two years related experience. A valid driver's license is also required.
Additionally, the successful candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service, superior communication skills, be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills.

Development Officer/Grants Administrator

WVU Extended Learning (WVU Online) is seeking an experienced development officer and grants administrator to create, lead and manage all aspects of a comprehensive development program and generate revenue for WVU Extended Learning programs through timely submission of well-researched, written and documented grants. This person will administer grant/development funding and programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and appropriate policies of WVU, the WVU Foundation, and the WVU Research Corporation.
The administrator will identify public and private sources of potential funding to support existing and planned Extended Learning activities. He/she must have the ability to manage multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrated success in raising funds and obtaining grants. The applicant must have and master's degree and a minimum of two years experience in higher education development.
